HVAC Design, Engineering & Drafting
Good design is the beginning of an efficient HVAC system. The design criteria of our customers is often strict. Rooflines, ceiling space, the environment, coping with existing occupants and budget constraints all impact on the design and the equipment selected.
Our detailed design and drafting processes along with our long term relationships with major suppliers allow us to provide accurate estimates, control costs and complete the work within budget.
HVAC Contracting
Insulpak has built strong relationships with a number of large builders such as Lyons Construction, Kane Constructions and Hooker Cockram. Our attention to detail, care and individual consideration ensure smooth working relationships and better outcomes for the building owners.
Insulpak are reliable partners and contractors. We are a skilled workforce; registered Gasfitters, Plumbers and Electricians construct and fit ductwork, piping and equipment to exacting standards. All aspects of our work and equipment will meet NEBB or NATA Certified Test Results for council and building approvals to Australian Standards
HVAC Maintenance & Servicing
Insulpak provide customised HVAC and mechanical maintenance programs that meet the specific requirements of our customers.
Ongoing maintenance systems are essential if HVAC systems are to perform efficiently and to standard. We undertake to keep the systems in optimum operating condition and respond to emergencies within agreed time frames. More on HVAC services.
Insulpak pays attention to the needs of the occupants. We are able to take complete responsibility for the maintenance and servicing of the entire HVAC installation, or, where appropriate we will support onsite building maintenance personnel.
Insulpak provides manuals and training for all of the systems we install as required.
