Installation of HVAC systems for common, library, gymnasium, pool, leisure, dining and kitchen spaces for an architecturally pleasing retirement village community hub.
Skills and Equipment Used
Insulpak’s project managers, engineers, skilled tradesmen and up and coming apprentices- drafted, coordinated and installed a wide range of systems in the project being VRF AC system, ERV, fresh air, exhaust air and boiler heating system for the client needs to ensure the horseshoe shaped build was on budget and time to satisfy the customer needs.
Challenges of the HVAC Installation
Mt Duneed Lifestyles unique Horseshoe design was the most challenging factor of the project. With it’s large double sloping roofs and ceilings the concealment of the systems was complex and challenging with other trades to be aesthetically pleasing but also have functionality required under the design brief. Insulpak’s knowledge, tools and equipment owned by Insulpak helped with the safe, coordinated and on time delivery of this unique building.
