Insulpak employs professional Mechanical Engineers, Plumbers with Mechanical Services, Gas Fitting and Duct Fixers qualifications, CAD Draftsman, Sheet Metal Fabricators, Electricians and Laggers. Our workforce is around fifty strong, many are multi-skilled, all understand Insulpak’s ethic of doing things better.
Here we list a few of the skills that we think sets us apart from our competitors.
A Full Service HVAC Company
Because Insulpak often works on projects from design through to installation and maintenance we have an excellent understanding of our clients on going needs. All of our installers have maintenance experience, many tradesmen, because of their multiple qualifications will also work on more than one part of a project. We make sure we leave adequate space to change filters and replace components that wear; in the long run this makes the HVAC system easier and cheaper to maintain.
HVAC Design
Our fully computerized drafting office uses the latest AutoCAD software. Although many of our customers will use Insulpak’s skills from start-to-finish. Others will want to get multiple quotes for a job that has not yet been specified.
Customers can use our services to design a HVAC system, then take that design out to other suppliers for competitive quotes. This approach saves the customer time evaluating quotations from different suppliers as they are all quoting on exactly the same equipment and work. It also saves money that would otherwise have to be spent on reviewing different types of systems.
Some customers will ask for a design concept rather than a full design and that’s OK too.
Management, Supervision and Quality Control
Insulpak uses skilled and qualified HVAC workers; we keep on top of quality issues all the way through the process, from design, installation, through to maintenance.
We are our own masters and manufacture the ducting for all of our projects in our Geelong factory workshop.
Lastly, we know that our desire to “Do Things Better” has always stood us in good stead and has bought in more and more business opportunities. We absolutely want to continue in this tradition.
