HVAC Project Summary
This project was to supply, install and design a HVAC system to suit swimming pool requirements. Works were at height, under the slab and in plant rooms and proved that Insulpak can continually deliver Aquatic projects successfully for both builders and councils alike.
Skills and Equipment Used
This project involved the re-design of ducting connection points in the concrete slabs that could move over time. The expertise of the Insulpak drafting and engineering team proved invaluable on this project.
Challenges of the HVAC Installation
Many challenges were faced with access problems and also the number of various trades on site. Trying to co-ordinate at heights and ensuring comprehensive commissioning checks were carried out ensuring that the HVAC system was delivered as required and designed. Adhering to the building program and ensuring timely delivery of equipment.
